WHAT ARE MADE TO ORDER GARMENTS?
Garments that are made to order typically have a processing time of 1-4 weeks depending on order volume. I begin crocheting the item once the order is made.
WHAT ARE READY MADE ITEMS?
Ready made garments are garments that are already made. Size & color modifications and customizations cannot be made on ready made items. They are sold as is and can take 1-5 business days to be shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No returns allowed
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
For made to order and ready made items, once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel for a refund. No refunds will be given after 24 hours. No refunds on patterns.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
No Exchanges
CAN I SELL THE ITEMS I MAKE USING THE PATTERNS?
Absolutley. Selling is encouraged, all I ask is that credit is given to me for creating the pattern.
